OIA Penthouse

Interior design for a fully renovated duplex penthouse located on Marbella’s Golden Mile, within the Jardines Colgantes community. Positioned on an elevated site, the apartment enjoys panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea and the surrounding landscape.

The design follows a contemporary Mediterranean approach, defined by clean architectural lines, natural materials, and a restrained palette of warm neutrals. The main living area was conceived as an open, continuous space connecting the kitchen, dining, and lounge areas, with floor-to-ceiling windows framing the sea views.

Natural wood, textured plaster, and custom details add depth while keeping the overall composition calm and minimal. The apartment unfolds across two levels and opens onto several terraces, culminating in a rooftop terrace with an infinity pool overlooking the coast of Marbella.
