Ruben Sabou
CG Artist, Architect
Ruben Sabou is an architect and CG artist specializing in architectural visualization and cinematic visual storytelling. He graduated from the Faculty of Architecture and Urbanism in Cluj-Napoca in 2015, completing a six-year architecture program. He began his career at ARHIMAR, where he worked for four years on residential, commercial, and large-scale developments, also completing his licensed architect accreditation through OAR.
In 2019, he founded YARD, a studio focused on architecture, interior design, and high-end visualization. He later collaborated with Brick Visual, contributing to international projects for studios such as Zaha Hadid Architects, Gensler, and others, while also taking on a Project Manager role.
Since 2022, he has collaborated with Norma Franck / ODETTE in Marbella on luxury real estate visualization and visual marketing. Today, his focus is fully dedicated to YARD, where he develops cinematic visual narratives for high-end residential projects and interiors.
Driven by composition, atmosphere, and storytelling, his work aims to translate architecture into emotionally resonant imagery.

Iulia Sabou
Lead Designer
Iulia Sabou is the lead designer at YARD, shaping the studio’s design direction through a refined and thoughtful approach rooted in simplicity, atmosphere, and timeless aesthetics.
Driven by a growing passion for interiors, Iulia obtained her Interior Design certification at ILBAH in 2019, the same year she joined YARD. Since then, she has been involved in the development of high-end residential interiors, bringing a calm and sophisticated design language inspired by Japanese and Scandinavian minimalism.
Beginning in 2022, Iulia collaborated with Norma Franck / ODETTE in Marbella as a designer for luxury residential projects, contributing to the creation of refined living environments with a strong emphasis on materiality, atmosphere, and timeless aesthetics.
Her current focus is dedicated to YARD, where she leads interior concepts and shapes curated living experiences.
