Villa IØNA is a contemporary Costa del Sol residence defined by quiet luxury, clean geometry, and a strong connection to its golf course setting.
The arrival sequence is designed as a ceremonial transition, with floating stone steps over illuminated water leading into a calm, private interior world that immediately separates the home from its surroundings and establishes a sense of exclusivity and stillness. Inside, the main staircase becomes a sculptural focal point in veined Tundra Grey stone, framed by tall timber structures that emphasize vertical scale and set the core material language of the house from the very first steps.
The design balances Mediterranean character with modern minimalism, using natural stone, warm wood, and soft light to create a refined and restrained atmosphere where every surface is intentional and carefully composed. Large openings dissolve the boundary between interior and exterior, extending the living spaces directly onto terraces and an infinity pool oriented towards the landscape, allowing the architecture to fully engage with light, views, and climate throughout the day.
The villa is conceived as a sequence of layered spatial experiences, where circulation and framing are used to guide perception and create a continuous sense of calm progression. It functions as a private resort, including a full wellness level with spa, hammam, sauna, indoor pool, and gym, alongside entertainment areas such as a cinema, bar, wine cellar, and a glass car gallery designed as a curated architectural exhibition space.
