A penthouse in Nueva Andalucía, close to the Magna Golf Course. Norma Franck reconfigured the original two-bedroom layout into three en-suite bedrooms, arranged around a double-height living room that brings daylight in from above. Inside, the approach is minimal: light, proportion, a few wood accents and little furniture.

The terraces and roof were redesigned as part of the home, with a sauna, daybeds, a lounge, an outdoor dining area and a barbecue. Small tiles, cacti and natural wood give the outdoor spaces a relaxed, Tulum-like feel. The penthouse faces south, with views over the Mediterranean to Gibraltar and the coast of Africa.
