Clean Lines
Miralō 1 is a penthouse project in Nueva Andalucia, Marbella, near the Magna Golf Course. Originally a 2-bedroom layout, we reconfigured the space into a 3 en-suite bedroom residence. The interior follows a minimalist design approach, focused on light, proportion, and material clarity. Natural light, subtle wood accents, and minimal furnishings define a calm and balanced atmosphere. The double-height living room enhances this effect, bringing strong vertical volume and continuous daylight into the space. We redesigned the terraces and rooftop as an extension of the interior experience, introducing a sauna, daybeds, lounge area, outdoor dining, and barbecue. The concept is inspired by Tulum-style outdoor living, using small tiles, cacti, and natural wood elements to create a layered and relaxed environment. The south-facing orientation ensures natural light throughout the year, while the views toward the Mediterranean Sea, Gibraltar, and Africa frame the project within its wider landscape context.
